Dry Needling and Medical Acupuncture
Dry Needling
Dry needling (similar to acupuncture) is a technique used for the treatment of pain and movement impairments. The technique uses a "dry"needle, one without medication or injection, inserted through the skin into areas of the muscle.

Dry needling provides relief for some muscular pain and stiffness. Improves flexibility and increases range of motion. That's why this method is often used to treat sports injuries and muscle pain.
Medical Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves stimulating sensory nerves under the skin and in muscles of the body which results in the body producing natural substances, such as pain relieving endorphins - a course of acupuncture usually creates longer lasting pain relief. Acupuncture may be right for you if you're suffering from ailments, such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, migraine, knee, shoulder, neck and back pain and sciatica.
